Welcome to VastrAbharaN (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website [www.vastrabharan.in] (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

2. Products and Services

  • We offer home and Women's Ready to wear ethnic wear including, but not limited to, 3 pc suit set, kurta sets, kurtis, frocks/gowns (“Products”).

  • All product images on our Site are for reference only. Actual colors, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to lighting, individual screen calibration or customization.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments can be made using the available payment methods on our Site. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are made to order and usually take 2–3 days for processing before shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time is 6–7 business days across India.

  • Free shipping is available across India unless specified otherwise.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

    However, returns or replacements will be processed free of cost in the following cases:

    • Wrong product delivered (incorrect style or incomplete set)
    • Wrong size delivered (size different from the one ordered)
    • Damaged or defective product received

  • Guidelines for a Valid Return

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
    • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • Returns and replacements are free only in case of wrong product, wrong size (sent by us), incomplete order, or damaged product.

    The Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges in cases involving misuse, repeated disputes, or legal scrutiny.

  • Refunds will be processed only in eligible return cases (wrong product, incorrect size sent by us, incomplete order, or defective product).

    Once the returned product is received and verified:

    • Refund will be initiated within 5 business days
    • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment
    • The credited amount may reflect within 4–8 working days
    • The credited amount may reflect within 4–8 working days

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

  • Interfere with the Site’s security, servers, or networks.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products or Site.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Product in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VastrAbharaN, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
