Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

However, returns or replacements will be processed free of cost in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (incorrect style or incomplete set)
  • Wrong size delivered (size different from the one ordered)
  • Damaged or defective product received

Guidelines for a Valid Return

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Returns and replacements are free only in case of wrong product, wrong size (sent by us), incomplete order, or damaged product.

The Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges in cases involving misuse, repeated disputes, or legal scrutiny.

Important Fabric Care Note

We use premium-quality cotton fabrics to ensure the best fashion experience. However, slight color bleeding may occur depending on washing and drying conditions.
To maintain garment quality, we recommend dry cleaning.

Also, this being online sales, there may be slight variations in the color/finish/fabric depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights. No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in eligible return cases (wrong product, incorrect size sent by us, incomplete order, or defective product).

Once the returned product is received and verified:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment
  • The credited amount may reflect within 4–8 working days

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase (credit card, debit card, online banking, etc.).

Requirements for Refund Claims

Unedited Parcel opening video is MANDATORY to claim any of the eligible return cases, along with pictures of size tags and brand tags
